Wi-Fi production test

Wi-Fi 6, 6E & 7 production test lines. Eight DUTs at a time.

Turnkey calibration and verification for routers, mesh nodes, access points and extenders — shield boxes, RF tester, fixtures and Line Manager delivered as one working station.

What every unit goes through

  • TX power, frequency & IQ calibration per chain
  • EVM, spectral mask, RX sensitivity, PER
  • Throughput and functional checks
The challenge

Why this is hard to get right in-house.

Going deeper: Wi-Fi 7 production testing: what changes on the line

Challenge 01

More RF paths per unit

Tri-band 4×4 devices mean up to 12 RF chains to calibrate — cycle time explodes without parallel testing and smart RF switching.

Challenge 02

Tighter RF limits

4096-QAM and 320 MHz channels demand low-EVM testers, stable path-loss calibration and well-isolated shield boxes.

Challenge 03

Chipset-specific flows

Every chipset vendor has its own calibration tools. Integrating them cleanly with your MES is where in-house lines struggle.

The line

Station by station.

A typical configuration. We split and parallelise stations to hit your units-per-hour target.

01

RF calibration

TX power, frequency and IQ calibration per band and chain in RF shield boxes — eight DUTs per station.

02

RF verification

EVM, spectral mask, RX sensitivity and PER against your limits, with golden-unit correlation.

03

Throughput & functional

WAN-to-LAN and wireless throughput, Ethernet ports, USB, LEDs and buttons.

04

Final QC

Firmware and config check, MAC / serial verification, label print and MES upload.

FAQ

Questions engineers ask us

Which Wi-Fi standards can the line test?

802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be — Wi-Fi 4 through Wi-Fi 7 — across 2.4, 5 and 6 GHz, including 160 and 320 MHz channels.

Do you support chipset-specific calibration?

Yes. Calibration flows are built around your chipset vendor's manufacturing tools and run inside Line Manager, so operators use one scan-and-test flow.

How many devices are tested in parallel?

The standard station holds eight DUTs in eight shield boxes driven by one 8-port RF tester. We size the number of stations to your cycle-time target.
